Job Description

Step into a meaningful career enriching student lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship SLP! This contract opportunity is based onsite, supporting schools near Chicopee and the Springfield area for the 20262027 academic year, with a focus on helping school-aged students develop vital communication and language skills. Youll deliver a full spectrum of speech and language therapy services, collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students achieve their fullest potential. In this dynamic, school-based setting, your expertise will empower learners of diverse backgrounds and needs.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts SLP license/certification or eligibility for CF-SLP status Prior experience in school-based speech therapy preferred Proficiency in assessments and evaluations of students speech/language abilities Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and individualized goals Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, special education teams, and other school staff Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in school settings Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform student needs Develop, implement, and track individualized IEP goals Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with district and state requirements Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educational staff Serve as a resource and advocate for effective communication strategies within the school community Perks of the
