Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting K-12 students in an educational setting near Chicopee, MA. This flexible position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact on students communication skills and academic success.
Required Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but consideration given to strong CFY candidates School-based SLP experience or a strong interest in working within educational environments Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage diverse K-12 caseloads and adapt therapy techniques for various ages and needs
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across the K-12 spectrum Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Deliver therapy through both direct and consultative services, utilizing creative and evidence-based interventions Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
