Key Qualifications:

Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure for Massachusetts (MA SLP) CCC or CFY credentialed SLPs are welcome Experience or interest in working with elementary-age children preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Positive, collaborative approach with colleagues, students, and families

Responsibilities:

Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs through evaluations Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans that support each childs unique goals Provide direct therapy and intervention in one-on-one and group settings Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to paperwork, and ensure compliance with school and state standards Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to district guidelines Enjoy a schedule that maximizes your work-life balance with 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, and a competitive compensation rate integrated with weekly pay cycles.
