Job description Spot On Speech Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice providing high-quality speech-language therapy services throughout the Greater Boston area. We provide services in children's homes, schools, and community settings , helping children build communication skills in the environments where they learn, play, and thrive. We're currently hiring part-time Speech-Language Pathologists . We're searching for someone who is: Passionate about child-led, play-based, and family-centered therapy. Creative, energetic, and motivated to make every therapy session engaging and meaningful. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently. Excited to provide services in homes, schools, and community settings. A strong collaborator who enjoys partnering with families, teachers, and other professionals. Compassionate, flexible, and committed to helping children reach their fullest potential. What You'll Do Provide individualized evaluations and speech-language therapy for pediatric clients. Create fun, engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each child's strengths and interests. Collaborate with families and educational teams to support carryover across environments. Complete documentation in a timely manner. Build meaningful relationships with children and their families while making a lasting impact. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Reliable transportation for travel within the Greater Boston area Why Spot On Speech Therapy?
