Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding school-based role supporting students' communication needs this fall as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. Your expertise will be valued as you provide care and continuity during a medical leave coverage, ensuring students thrive academically and socially during this important timeframe through December.
Key Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Experience working within school settings preferred Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Collaborative spirit and effective communication with staff, students, and families
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students Complete evaluations, develop individualized plans, and document student progress Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success Attend and participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant records Support students in developing crucial communication, language, and social skills As you step into this impactful temporary assignment, you can look forward to working in a supportive educational environment with a dedicated team.
