Valid
ASHA CCC
with 2-3 years' post-certification, recent school-based experience preferred Proficiency in addressing a wide range of communication needs in educational settings Comfort supervising up to 3 SLPAs (combined caseload up to 165 students) Commitment to supporting and developing SLPAs through oversight, guidance, and case management
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise SLPAs, ensuring quality interventions, accurate reporting, and robust data collection Conduct eligibility evaluations (initial and re-evaluations) for special education services Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, presenting assessments and making recommendations Write and update IEPs; manage fluctuating caseloads to support evolving student needs
