Job Description

Join Our Team as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Assonet, MA! Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. In this full-time role, you'll evaluate, plan, and deliver impactful speech therapy services for children ages 3-21 with physical and intellectual disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans Provide ongoing therapy sessions and monitor client progress Collaborate with educators, clinicians, and families to support communication goals Train staff on Functional Communication Systems and assistive communication devices Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of progress
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Licensed by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure (required) ASHA certification (required) DESE educator license (preferred) Valid driver's license; ability to travel between sites as needed Experience working with developmental disabilities and dysphagia Knowledge of AAC, sign language, or assistive communication systems (preferred) Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply; 3+ years of experience preferred Ability to pass a CORI background check
