Job Description

Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract position supporting school-aged students in the Haverhill area. This assignment focuses on enhancing students communication abilities and supporting their academic success in a collaborative educational environment. The position is full-time, onsite only, and runs through June 14, 2027.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Active Massachusetts SLP License required Massachusetts Department of Education educator certification required Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred for services Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress towards IEP goals Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups, in alignment with mandated supports Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and school support staff to foster a supportive learning environment Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and provide recommendations regarding communication needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and reports
