Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology (MA SLP) license required. Open to SLPs with CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status. Prior experience in or a desire to work within a school setting at the elementary level. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals. Evaluate, diagnose, and document students speech and language disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans for elementary learners. Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams. Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports per compliance standards. Support teachers and staff with resources and strategies for speech/language development. This full-time contract position runs through late June 2027 and offers approximately 37.5 hours each week over five days.
