Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) -
Full-Time LTC Therapy:
Holyoke Holyoke, MA $43-$46/hour We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Holyoke. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care setting where you'll help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while making a meaningful impact on their quality of life.
Position Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and functional needs Provide evidence-based therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills Skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Direct Hire. No Agency.
