Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Previous experience with K-12 populations is highly valued Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Flexibility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varied school environments

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders among K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students communication needs within academic settings Provide consultation to classroom staff and participate in IEP meetings as needed Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
