Qualifications:

Valid SLP license in Massachusetts (MA SLP required) SLP - CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted Experience or strong interest working within school settings Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students success Maintain thorough and timely student records and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Utilize creative therapies to foster engagement and effective learning This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week with five workdays dedicated to supporting students' communication needs.
