Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to support incoming clients at the Lexington clinic location. The job requires assessment and treatment skills working with individuals with complex needs. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life by developing personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing challenges using established clinical techniques. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with each patient's goals and needs. Provide engaging therapy sessions for pediatric and adult patients, utilizing evidence-based practices in speech therapy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers to coordinate care strategies. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to support ongoing communication development at home. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid licensure or certification as required by local health authorities for practicing speech therapy. Prior experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred. Proven ability to perform detailed patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect compassionately with diverse patient populations.

Pay:

$100.00 per hour
