Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Located in Lowell, MA, this contract position offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech-language pathology services at Moody PreK and Community Sites. The focus is on supporting young learners in a PreK setting with a manageable caseload, ideal for professionals seeking a part-time role in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech and language assessments and interventions for a caseload of 10-15 PreK students Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication development Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with program requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute to program planning and improvement efforts
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with PreK age children in a school or community-based setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with young children, families, and staff
Schedule and Location:
Part-time contract position with approximately 15 hours per week Services provided primarily at Moody PreK and affiliated community sites in Lowell, MA Benefits of this role include the chance to make a meaningful impact on early childhood communication skills, a focused caseload allowing for individualized attention, and collaboration within a supportive educational community.
