Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist working onsite with elementary and preschool students. Support young learners communication skills and foster their growth in a collaborative school environment located close to Malden, MA. With a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention and specialized support within a welcoming educational community.
Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome) Experience or special interest in pediatric and school-based settings Strong communication and organizational abilities Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educators, parents, and support staff Dedication to fostering student progress and individual growth
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary and preschool students Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication challenges Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated student support Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students individualized education programs Enjoy working 35-40 hours per week in a dynamic school setting where your expertise is valued.
