A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Summary Experienced pediatric SLP looking for meaningful part-time work without giving up flexibility? We may be the right fit for you! We created this position specifically for a clinician who wants to continue doing excellent clinical work while enjoying a predictable, part-time schedule. This role is 25-30 hours per week across three days, Tuesday-Thursday, with at least two evenings until 6pm. This is a true fixed-schedule position, with your regular schedule established in advance so you can reliably plan around work and your life outside of work. ASHA CCC-SLP
Master's degree in Speech Therapy 5+ years of pediatric therapy experience Private practice experience Responsibilities Treat children 2-12 years of age and feel comfortable with both structured and play based therapies Interest in building skills as an oral myofunctional therapist and feeding therapist under direct training and supervision from our amazing leads Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Collaborate with co-workers, other providers and family to provide cohesive plans Openness to collaborating and sharing your experience with others so they can benefit from your expertise Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and participate in professional development opportunities Skills Experience working in private clinic setting Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including pediatrics and individuals with disabilities or autism Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams Strong organizational skills to manage caseload effectively while ensuring high-quality care Specialty experience a plus ! - AAC, Myofunctional, Feeding etc. If you are looking for a job working with the most amazing team, please submit your resume and a cover letter describing how you would be a great fit at our practice.
