Speech-Language PathologistWe are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while helping improve their functional abilities and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to improve speech, language, communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current SLP license as required by the state. Current CCC-SLP certification as applicable. Current BLS certification. Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.
