Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders to improve communication and quality of life.
Responsibilities Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and cognitive disorders. Assess and treat dysphagia; recommend compensatory strategies. Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and communication techniques. Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately. Maintain a safe therapeutic environment and follow professional standards.
Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state license and CCC-SLP (or equivalent). Clinical experience preferred. Strong communication and patient-care skills. Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered approach.
