In this full-time contract opportunity, you'll help a small group of 6-8 students, guiding them through language development and communication skills daily. Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC or eligibility preferred) Pediatric and school-based experience, ideally with autism spectrum disorders Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit Dedication to individualized, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to support the communicative needs of PreK students on the autism spectrum Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs alongside teachers and other specialists Conduct speech and language assessments and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and family communication Offer guidance to school staff regarding communication strategies and classroom modifications Foster a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere Enjoy a structured schedule, with staff hours from 7:45 am to 1:30 pm, allowing for work-life balance.
