Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid and current licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Massachusetts Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, though Clinical Fellows will be considered Previous experience in a school-based SLP role or with pediatric populations strongly desired Competent in evaluating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in accordance with IEPs Maintain accurate records of student progress, session notes, and required documentation Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide holistic support Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports Educate students, staff, and families about speech and language strategies This contract opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to make a difference in students lives in a supportive school atmosphere.
