K-5 Campus Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and special education staff Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatic language, and communication needs Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to promote student growth and academic success Qualifications Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist License Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Why Apply?
