Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in students' lives as a dedicated Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist working on-site for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time contract opportunity is located near Springfield, MA and offers you the chance to provide essential communication support to a diverse student population. You will play a key role in helping students achieve academic and social success, collaborating closely with educators and families in a dynamic school setting.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current, active Massachusetts SLP license (please provide a screenshot as proof) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Bilingual proficiency to deliver services in English and another language Previous experience working in K-12 schools preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Must pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI checks Reliable transportation to and from the school site Timely and professional with strong attendance reliability
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to students identified with communication disorders Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate records, therapy notes, and follow school-based documentation procedures Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluation and treatment planning Adapt services and materials to meet the linguistic and cultural needs of students
