Job Description

Step into a fulfilling role as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving K-12 students near Waltham, MA. This contract opportunity is open to talented professionals ready to support students as they develop essential communication skills. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, offering flexibility to meet your personal and professional needs.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Massachusetts SLP license required Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered Prior experience working in school settings and with K-12 caseloads is highly valued Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students speech, language, and communication needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations and IEP team input Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in individual and group settings within the K-12 population Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support students educational outcomes Document session notes, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Offer flexible support to ensure the best possible outcomes for a diverse student population
