Job Description

Step into an engaging school environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students throughout the Massachusetts area. This contract opportunity offers the flexibility to choose from full or part-time hours, allowing you to balance your professional growth with your lifestyle. Work directly with K-12 students and make a meaningful difference each day as you empower young learners to achieve their communication goals. Your expertise in speech-language pathology will serve a diverse caseload, ranging from kindergarten through high school, presenting you with opportunities to develop your skills while impacting students of varying ages and backgrounds. Collaborating with educators and families, youll design and deliver individualized therapy plans, track progress, and contribute to each students confidence and educational success.
Key Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts SLP license in good standing Prior experience in school settings is a plus, but not required Strong communication and organization skills Eagerness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Passion for fostering student growth
Main Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for a K-12 caseload Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize support Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations Discover a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where your contributions help shape lifelong skills for students.
