Aug 31, 2026 Job Description Speech & Language Pathologist West Springfield Public Schools SLPs will provide services to students with a wide range of speech-language-related problems to meet performance standards. The work will include prevention, assessment, intervention, and program design efforts that are integrated within a school.

Duties:

• Diagnose and treat speech and language disorders.
• Create treatment plans and IEPs to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of students.
• Consult with teachers, staff and parents about speech disorders.
• Keeping detailed records relating to students and complete Medicaid billing paperwork.
• Report progress to parents/guardians.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• SLP Certification

Salary:

Per Unit A Contract (salary range: $53,939.00
