What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active state licensure for SLP (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for working with adolescents in an educational setting

Your Responsibilities:

Manage a high school caseload, delivering direct speech and language therapy services Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes Document student progress and provide regular updates to the IEP team Participate in student support meetings and contribute expert recommendations for speech and language development Offer training and resources to teachers and staff to foster inclusive communication strategies This contract position offers compensation starting at $40+ per hour, depending on experience.
