Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 populations Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to create engaging therapy plans targeting students of varying abilities Passion for helping students overcome barriers to communication and learning

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K-12 students onsite Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress Work closely with other educators, families, and staff to develop strategies for student success Participate in team meetings and provide insightful input regarding student needs Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records while adhering to district and state guidelines This contract position features a full-time schedule in a welcoming and innovative school community.
