Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain. Previous experience working with high school students preferred. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and therapeutic intervention planning.

Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted speech-language therapy services to a high school caseload. Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform goals and strategies. Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student achievement. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school policies. Provide supportive, student-centered interventions, both individually and in groups.
