Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position in Winchendon, MA, starting ASAP through June 26, 2026. This role provides an opportunity to work within an educational setting, supporting students' communication and speech development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with students' educational goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with educational and legal requirements. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team planning. Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working within school-based settings preferred. Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, families, and school personnel. Proficient in maintaining compliance with educational regulations and documentation standards. Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care.
Location:
Winchendon, Massachusetts This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students' lives while working in a supportive school environment.
