9672332-20783 Job Description Join an engaging educational setting near the Hyattsville, MD area, providing speech-language pathology services as a long-term substitute for a leading district. Opportunities are available across several elementary schools, each with specific caseload needs. Assignments may extend through the end of the academic year. This is a contract position, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for experienced SLPs or strong CFYs.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Hold an active Maryland SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred, but CFYs considered) Previous school-based experience, preferably with elementary or early childhood populations Experience with AAC devices is a plus, especially at Waverly Elementary Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Flexibility for onsite work at assigned school(s) Dedicated to fostering student growth and communication

Assignment Options:

Waverly Elementary:

Provide services 5 days/week, supporting general and regional programs. Immediate start through mid-February; AAC experience preferred.

Veterans Elementary:

5 days/week, starting mid-November. Focus on early childhood caseload.

Deep Run Elementary:

5 days/week, beginning mid-November. Caseload is primarily K5, possible extension.

Atholton/Phelps Luck Elementary:

Split assignment across two schools, full-time through mid-February.
