Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Maryland SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to a diverse student population Commitment to collaboration with educators, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate therapy and progress documentation Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Deliver both individual and group interventions tailored to each students needs Offer guidance and resources to classroom teachers and parents to promote carryover of skills
