Job Description

Multiple contract-based positions are available, offering a diverse array of placement options across elementary, middle, and high school settings for the 20262027 academic year. Whether you are seeking a part-time assignment or would like to combine vacancies into a full-time schedule, this opportunity allows for meaningful clinical practice with flexibility.
Site options include:
Forest Ridge Elementary (3 days/week) Swansfield Elementary (5 days/week) Elkridge Landing Middle (2 days/week) Hammond Middle (3 days/week) Howard High (1 day/week) Wilde Lake High (4 days/week) Potential full-time split between Wilde Lake HS (0.8) and Howard HS (0.2) Start your assignment on August 10, 2026, with a contract extending through June 9, 2027, for up to 37.5 hours weekly.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current, active Maryland SLP License required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered School-based SLP experience preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy services to a diverse student population Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success Complete required documentation and progress monitoring Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities Provide both individual and small group therapy in compliance with district guidelines This position offers the chance to make a tangible difference in students lives each day.
