Assignments are available at the high school, elementary, and middle school levels, offering diverse experiences and lasting connections with students. Currently, the needs are as follows:

Wilde Lake High School:

4 days/week (with potential for a full 5 days at one site)

Forest Ridge Elementary:

4 days/week (with potential to move to 5 days at one site)

Hammond Middle School:

3 days/week This contract spans until June 9th, 2027, with a typical schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The roles are available for immediate start.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Maryland SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in school-based settings strongly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Candidates must be available to work onsite (remote work is not being considered at this time) Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students individually and in small groups Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and goals Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district standards Participate in IEP meetings to advocate for and shape student services Adapt therapy approaches to a wide range of student ages and needs This is a rewarding opportunity to support students growth while building positive professional relationships across school environments.
