This position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists skilled in working with pediatric populations, including both experienced SLP-CCCs and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You'll have the flexibility to choose between part-time or full-time hours, working with children from Pre-K through 12th grade.

Qualifications:

Valid Maryland SLP License required Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred CCC-SLP or CFY applicants welcome Strong communication and organizational abilities Commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic interventions

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload (elementary through high school students) Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress Work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations What you can expect: Enjoy highly competitive compensation—with weekly pay ranging from $50-$55 per hour.
