About the OpportunityThis onsite opportunity will support students in a Pre-K through 5th grade setting with a variety of communication needs. The role includes a blended caseload with students presenting with articulation disorders, language delays, Autism, and other communication challenges.

This is a full-time, in-person position for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Support students with articulation, language, Autism, and other communication needs
• Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Build confidence managing a school-based caseload with ongoing mentorship and support
• Learn how to navigate service delivery, documentation, and collaboration within a school settingThis opportunity utilizes a weighted caseload model designed to help balance workloads and account for students who require additional support through service minutes, meetings, and case complexity. Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Upcoming graduate or recent graduate eligible for Clinical Fellowship
• Eligible for Maryland SLP licensure through the Maryland Department of Health
