Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert speech therapy services to pediatric patients, focusing on early intervention and developmental needs. Your primary goal will be to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in children, helping them achieve their full potential. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in pediatric populations Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions focused on improving communication skills and swallowing functions Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to support holistic patient care Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards Participate in early intervention programs to support children from infancy through school age Stay current with advancements in speech therapy techniques, physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and anatomy to ensure high-quality care Qualifications Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion from an accredited program Prior school experience or pediatric experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy related to speech and swallowing functions Experience with patient assessment tools and techniques specific to pediatrics and early intervention Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology Passion for patient care with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments Join us in transforming lives through innovative speech therapy!
