The role involves working with PreK3 through 3rd grade students with mild to moderate disabilities. You'll manage a caseload of approximately 60 students and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure each childs voice is heard and needs are met.

Desired Qualifications:

SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) or SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) credential required Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLPs School-based experience with elementary or early childhood populations Ability to provide in-person therapy and support, Monday through Friday, 7:45 am 3:15 pm Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, students, and families Professional commitment to inclusive education and student progress

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver therapy to students with mild to moderate speech/language needs Maintain thorough, timely documentation per district and compliance standards Collaborate with classroom teachers and participate in IEP meetings as needed Offer guidance and education to parents and staff regarding communication strategies Engage in progress monitoring and adjust interventions as appropriate This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in a school community while growing your practical experience.
