What you'll need to succeed: Active Maryland SLP License Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in Maryland schools strongly preferred Strong communication and organization skills Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Passion for supporting K-12 age ranges and varying levels of student need What your role will look like: Manage a dynamic caseload of K-12 students, both in a self-contained high school setting and itinerant support across multiple sites Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs Assess, diagnose, and plan interventions tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Contribute to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment Experience the impact you can make in a community-focused educational setting.
