TriSource is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for temporary school-based assignments in Frederick County, Maryland. These positions provide FMLA coverage and are available to start immediately. Each SLP will manage an established caseload of approximately 35-40 students , providing evaluations and therapy services for students with speech and language needs. What You'll Do

• Evaluate and diagnose students with suspected speech and language disorders Provide individualized and small-group therapy services Develop measurable Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Prepare evaluation reports and present findings during IEP meetings Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other members of the IEP team Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and voice-related needs Maintain compliance with Maryland, local, and school-based requirements What You'll Need•Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Pay Rate•$60/hour Apply today if you are interested in learning more!
