Job Description

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Turning Point Pediatric Therapy Frederick, Maryland Full-Time or Part-Time |
Flexible Schedule Compensation:
$85,000-$105,000 annually for full-time, depending on experience Turning Point Pediatric Therapy is a new pediatric Speech and Occupational Therapy center opening in Frederick, Maryland. We are building a warm, collaborative, family-centered practice and are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who would like to grow with us from the beginning. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, articulation, social communication, and developmental communication needs Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Provide therapy for children with autism and developmental delays Complete evaluations, progress notes, plans of care, and other required clinical documentation Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support communication at home Collaborate with occupational therapists, pediatricians, ABA providers, schools, and other professionals Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration Provide AAC-related services when appropriate based on training and experience Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible Maryland SLP license CCC-SLP preferred Pediatric experience preferred Experience with autism, developmental delays, AAC, early language, or related pediatric populations is a plus Strong communication and documentation skills Warm, reliable, collaborative, and family-centered What We Offer $85,000-$105,000 annual compensation depending on experience Flexible scheduling Full-time or part-time opportunities Manageable pediatric caseload Collaborative Speech and OT environment Modern pediatric therapy space Continuing education support Opportunity to help shape a new practice from its earliest stage Opportunity for future clinical leadership as Turning Point grows We are especially interested in clinicians who want to practice in a supportive environment where quality of care, families, and therapist satisfaction are prioritized.
