Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school students. Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress. Support students with communication disorders to improve their academic performance. Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience working in school settings with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage increased caseloads efficiently.
