Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek | Frederick, MD $43-$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek. In this full-time role, you'll provide individualized therapy to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs while working alongside a collaborative clinical team. What You'll Do Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities Develop individualized plans of care based on resident needs and goals Provide skilled treatment for communication, cognition, and dysphagia Track progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and safe swallowing strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with nursing and other rehabilitation professionals What We Offer $43-$46/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional development Qualifications Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required If you're an SLP looking for a full-time role where you can make a meaningful impact on residents' communication, swallowing, and quality of life, we encourage you to apply.
