Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Active Maryland SLP license required Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and students
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in private schools Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support plans Maintain thorough and accurate records according to school and legal requirements Consult with teachers and parents to support student success
