Qualifications:
Valid Maryland SLP license (required) ASHA Certification (Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered) Experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy SLP roles preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities Passion for making a difference in student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language services for K-12 students Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver therapy sessions individually and in groups (onsite and/or remote) Document progress, collaborate with educators, and engage families Participate in team meetings and professional development
