Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Per-Visit Outpatient Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team in Laurel, MD. Pay for direct patient care only - 1/2 hour visits; 1-hour evaluations. We have a healthy caseload of patients and looking for clinician who is interested in joining our team. If you see 6 hours of patients per day (12 patients), pay would be $93,600/year; 8 hours of patients per day (16 patients) =$124,800/year. No pay for cancellations or no-shows. Must do all documentation in order to get paid. Primarily pediatrics, some adults. Enthusiastic, positive, drama-free therapists preferred. Outpatient in Laurel. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Your expertise will help children improve their communication skills, foster confidence, and achieve their developmental milestones. Responsibilities Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and treatments for pediatric patients, including comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions. Develop and implement personalized speech-language therapy plans based on assessment findings and best practices in pediatrics. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies and progress tracking. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, session notes, and treatment plans within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Educate families about speech and language development milestones, strategies for home practice, and ways to support ongoing progress. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care for children with complex needs or disabilities. Join us in making a positive impact on children's communication abilities! Pay:
From $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
