Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid Maryland SLP License Previous experience in a school-based setting (elementary and/or middle school preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying student needs

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students at 1 elementary and 1 middle school Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide detailed documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Offer consultation and education to staff and families to foster an inclusive learning environment What to
