Job Description

The position offers a part-time schedule of 2-3 days per week, giving you flexibility with your work-life balance. The assignment is scheduled to begin as soon as possible and extends through July 2027, providing long-term stability and the chance to see your students grow and thrive.
What We Are Looking For:
Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in school-based or early intervention SLP settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to write and implement effective treatment plans for infants and toddlers Commitment to supporting childrens early developmental milestones
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to infants and toddlers Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to foster communication skills Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings as needed and provide recommendations for ongoing student needs
