Key Qualifications:
Active Maryland SLP License (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Prior experience working in a school setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans for diverse student populations Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy to students, adapting strategies to individual needs Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for eligible students Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers as part of an interdisciplinary team Participate in IEP meetings, providing insightful recommendations and progress reports Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines Stay current with best practices and new developments in the field of speech-language pathology Enjoy a rewarding full-time schedule through June 17th, 2027, supporting students as they achieve important milestones.
