Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license with the state of Maryland Open to SLPs with CCC or eligible Clinical Fellows (CFY) Experience with pediatric populations, preferably infants and toddlers Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to travel between program sites as needed

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to infants and toddlers identified with communication needs Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to facilitate individualized support Consult and partner with educational staff to ensure effective strategies are carried over in multiple environments Schedule and manage service delivery for a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with program standards
