Key Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Maryland SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience with school-based caseloads, especially in elementary and middle school settings Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Adaptability and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
What You'll Do:
Serve students at one elementary and one middle school, managing a varied and engaging caseload Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs Deliver direct therapy and consultation services, both individually and in group settings Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student progress Maintain thorough records and comply with state and federal documentation guidelines Provide progress reports and participate in IEP meetings as required
