Youll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 60 students, primarily with mild to moderate disabilities, playing a vital role in enriching their educational experience. The school day runs from 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, providing a consistent schedule focused on both direct services and collaboration with fellow educators.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active license as an SLP-CCC or SLPA eligible to practice in a school setting Previous experience with elementary-aged children is highly desirable Commitment to in-person service delivery Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team Clear communication, organization skills, and compassionate approach

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language services to students in PreK3 through 3rd grade Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families Provide direct therapy, as well as consultation within the school setting Maintain accurate and timely documentation SLPA roles receive direct supervision, supporting professional development This setting fosters a collaborative spirit, giving you a chance to work alongside caring professionals dedicated to student success.
